How is purity verified?+
Every lot is sent to an independent third-party laboratory before it is listed. Certificates report HPLC-UV purity, LC-MS identity and net content, and some lots carry extended panels such as heavy metals, endotoxin or sterility. The certificate names the laboratory and report number; your lot’s certificate is linked from its product page and filed in the COA library.
How do I match a COA to my vial?+
Each vial is labelled with its lot number (for example OSL-GLP3RT10-01). Search that number in the COA library, or open the product page — the certificate shown is for the lot currently shipping.
What are these compounds sold for?+
Our compounds are supplied exclusively for in-vitro laboratory, analytical and educational research. They are not approved for human or veterinary use, diagnosis or treatment, and by ordering you confirm you are a qualified researcher.
How does “buy more, save more” work?+
Every research vial in your cart counts toward one total, whatever the compounds or strengths. Two or more vials take 5% off every vial, three or more take 10%, and ten or more take 15% — applied automatically, no code. A discount code can go on top; together they take up to 35% off vials. Mists, topicals and supplies aren’t counted.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and Apple Pay, plus Zelle when it’s offered at checkout. Card payments may carry a secure processing fee; when they do, it’s shown as its own line at checkout before you pay. Card payments are processed by our PCI-compliant payment partner; we never see or store card numbers.
When will my order leave?+
Order by 4 PM ET and it leaves our US facility that business day; anything later goes out within 24 hours. Tracking is emailed at dispatch. US shipping is free over $150 and $9.95 otherwise.
How are compounds packaged?+
Lyophilised peptides ship at ambient temperature in sealed, tamper-evident packaging inside a plain, discreet outer box, with the certificate for each lot included.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes, to most countries: $19.99 to Canada and $39.99 everywhere else, tracked. Choose your country at checkout. Any import duties or taxes are set by your country and paid by you, and customs rules for research compounds differ from country to country, so check yours before ordering.
